Terms and Conditions

Your agreement is with “Rhosboeth Certificated Location and Caravan Touring Park” and its owners and references to 'we', 'us' and 'our' in these terms and conditions are to Rhosboeth Certificated Location and Caravan Touring Park and its owners. References to 'you' in these terms and conditions are to you, as the person making this booking and, where applicable, to every member of your party.

Arrival time for your first booked day is from 12.30 pm. Departure time is by 11.45 am.

Pitch fees are inclusive of electricity (charging of electric vehicles is not included or allowed).

Your booking is not secure until your deposit has been received.

​

The balance of your pitch fee is payable on arrival day by cash (preferred- in an envelope) bank transfer or card payment. All days booked in advance must be paid for, regardless of change of plans to depart earlier than expected.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct we deem is detrimental to us or to our other visitors.

We can only dispose of your everyday domestic waste. You must not leave broken items (e.g. chairs etc) or large packaging (e.g. cardboard boxes from new items) as we have to pay extra to dispose of them.

Ball games not permitted close to other caravans. There are plenty of open spaces available.

​

Awnings must be pitched on your hard standing. We strongly advice rock or screw pegs. If your awning overlaps onto grass, please use a breathable ground sheet and lift it daily. Please keep an eye on the forecasts for windy conditions: we are not responsible for awnings lost in high winds. We suggest you use straps to provide additional strength and wind resistance if winds are forecasted.
